SALTED EGG CUSTARD BAO
Thinking something easy & fast to make for tomorrow's breakfast! YA..... is BAOs.... my daughter's favourite Red Bean Bao. Did some red bean baos for her :D & i tried something new this time.. Salted Egg Custard filling. This recipe was from a friend, TQ Hody for sharing!
My daughter & I tried.... She said very nice & to me.. I prefer cha siew bao & vege baoz :D hehee... For the dough recipe... click here.Here is the recipe for the filling :A- 60g water
- 80g sugar
- 10g gelatine

- 50g milk powder
- 2 tbsps corn flour
- 10g custard powder
- 65g evaporated milk
- dash of salt

- 5 salted egg yolks ( steamed & crushed )
- Cook A - double boiling, until gelatine disolve.
- Add in B & C , let it cool & shift.
Enjoy :D
Wah 5 salted eggs....alot! But I like, heehee! Looks very yummy!
