She requested marble cupcake... here's the simple vanilla cupcake recipe & i just add some vanilla batter into 1 tbsp cocoa + 2 tbsps hot water to make marble effect.
  • 115g butter
  • 100g castor sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 190g flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 65 ml milk
  1. Beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
  2. Add in eggs one @ a time, beating for 1 minute in between each addition.
  3. Beat in vanilla essence.
  4. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.
  5. Evenly fill the muffin cups with the batter and bake for about 18-20 minutes or until nicely browned and a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
