葱头仔焖鸡

A simple dish here again & using my dad's laptop again :-( Tomorrow must return it to my dad.. so miss online AGAIN. Back to the dish...I think almost the housewife know how to cook this simple & delicious dish. Here is the recipe :
  • 2 drumsticks ( cut into cubes & marinate with 1 tbs soy sauce & 2 tbsps oyster sauce )
  • 20 shallots
  • 1 cup of water
  • alittle salt to taste
  1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. panfry the shallots till fragnant.
  2. Add in chicken & stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water & stew for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
