SPIRAL FLAKY MOONCAKE

Did another type of mooncake..... my friend told me this also Shanghai mooncake, anybody knows whether is Shanghai or ??????Wow... only half salted egg yolk... but my sis Reese said very big.. hahahaaKept in a nice box... tonight will bring all to my in-law's house to celebrate with all the relatives!
