Hi friends, finally i made it :D Vege Pao !!! It turns out great.... but few of it,the sauce came out because the last few fillings is too watery. Hard to wrap in.

Using the the same recipe from my older post & it was from my
sister. But my vege filling is different from her.. my recipe was from my mother.

Here the filling recipe : ( for 2 portions )

1 medium size turnip(cut into thin slices)
200g minced meat
80g Dried shrimps (diced)
10 shallots (chopped)
4 pips garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tsps dark soy sauce
3/4 cup Water (may need more, if dry up during simmer)
Salt to taste (optional)
Dash of pepper
**Cornflour solution for thickening**

5 Hard-boiled egg (quartered)-optional

My daughter requested flower & piggy shape...but i told her i don't know how to make piggy shape :P so i make flower for her only... but at last my son ate it ... he wants flower shape! hahaaa.... My kids can't wait till tomorrow... each of them ate 2!!! haha :D
