MARBLE CHEESE CAKE

My 1st order.... hahaaa...TQ Mun Lik... you are the 1st who take order from me!!! Hope it really taste GOOD ^o^

  • 1kg cream cheese
  • 4 small eggs
  • 1 lemon rind
  • 70g all purpose flour
  • 300g sugar
  • 100g double cream ( lightly whipped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

BASE :120g crushed marie biscuits + 120g melted butter (mix) Press mixture into base of 9" & freeze.

  1. Beat cream cheese & sugar, slowly add in eggs.
  2. Add in grated lemon rind & lemon juice.
  3. Finally add in double cream & flour.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsps +10g cocoa powder+2 tbsps water ( set aside )
  5. Pour mixture onto the prepared base.
  6. Bake in low heat for 1hr or until lightly brown over a tray of hot water.
  7. Chilled & demould.

    What a lovely marble swirl.Just wanna double confirm,does this recipe calls for 1kg cream cheese or 500gm? Is there sa typing error? Thx.

    TQ & welcome to my blog :D ya.. it's 1kg of cream cheese! no typing error here..hahaa ^.^ I found that the cream cheese filling was too thick because i'm using 8" mould.I think it shld be prefect if u use 9" mould or else u can do half portion for the cream cheese filling. i think shld be nicer ^o^
