- 300g flour
- 100g rice flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 250g butter
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 200g nestum
- 100g finely chopped almond(toasted)
- Beat butter,sugar,egg yolk & vanilla essence until light & fluffy.
- Add in flour,rice flour,baking powder(sifted) & mix well.
- Stir in nestum & almond.
- Roll out dough to 6mm thickness. Cut dough with desired pattern of cookie cutter.Place on greased tray.
- Bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
