BUTTER CAKE
- 6 egg yolks (grade A)
- 4 egg whites - whisk until firm
- 250g self raising flour
- 1/4tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup UHT milk
- 200g sugar
- 250g butter
- Beat sugar & butter until light & fluffy.
- Gradually add in the egg yolks,UHT milk & water.
- Add self raising flour slowly.
- Add into the prepared egg white.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking tin.
- Bake for 45 mins.
