6 egg yolks (grade A)
4 egg whites - whisk until firm
250g self raising flour
1/4tsp baking powder
1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup UHT milk
Beat sugar & butter until light & fluffy.
Gradually add in the egg yolks,UHT milk & water.
Add self raising flour slowly.
Add into the prepared egg white.
Pour mixture into a greased baking tin.
ke for 45 mins.
