- 160g butter
- 120g sugar
- 200g chopped hazelnuts (toasted & chopped)
- 160g chocolate rices
- 200g mp flour
- 1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
- Add in flour & bicarbonate of soda.
- Fold in hazelnuts & choc chips.
- Spoon mixture into small paper cups.Brush the top with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake for 20 mins.
